Meanwhile mix the diced peppers, sweetcorn, tuna, and 75g of the grated cheddar. Preheat oven to 350 f. Place the tuna, cherry tomatoes, parsley and jalapeno peppers into a bowl and mix well.

You should have 4 assembled sandwiches in this way. 3 when you've got your bread toasted, turn the heat down to low.
